That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Tampa Team Behind Mortons Air Duct Tampa
Air duct cleaning in Tampa isn’t a one-person job done well. It takes a crew that understands how Florida humidity behaves inside a duct system, how a 1970s bungalow in Seminole Heights differs from a 2010s build in Westchase, and how to move through a home without leaving a trace. That’s the team we’ve built at Mortons Air Duct Tampa since 2005. Each person below works to the Cedarwell C.A.R.E. values, and each one will treat your home the way they’d want someone treating theirs: floors covered, price written before work starts, and a photo of the clean-up before we leave.

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been running duct cleaning crews in the Tampa Bay area long enough to know every attic layout homeowners throw at him. He holds a NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist certification and is the person who inspects your system, confirms what needs cleaning, and walks you through what he found before any equipment comes off the truck. Marcus is especially particular about older homes in Hyde Park and Palma Ceia, where original ductwork from decades past can hide compressed runs and disconnected boots that a basic clean will miss. Off the clock, he’s rebuilding a 1987 Boston Whaler, which he insists is almost done and has been for three years.
Denise R. – Senior Installer
Denise handles the detail work: sealing access points, checking for leaks at every connection, and making sure the Rotobrush and Nikro equipment is dialed in for the size and material of each system. She’s certified in HVAC system hygiene and is the one who double-checks that flex ducts are not kinked or collapsed before we seal everything back up. Denise has two kids in Tampa public schools, and she’s the reason our crews work quietly during nap hours when we’re in homes with young children. She keeps earplugs and a pocket full of dog treats in the truck, because she says half the homes in Carrollwood have a retriever who will supervise the entire job.
Luis A. – Apprentice Technician
Luis joined Mortons Air Duct Tampa two seasons ago after coming up through a local trade program, and he’s now running camera inspections and handling dryer vent runs on his own under Marcus’s supervision. He’s earning his own NADCA certification while he works, and he’s become the go-to for tight attic access and long crawlspace runs that need patience more than anything else. He grew up in Ybor City and can tell you where to get the best Cuban sandwich in Tampa, but he will not open that debate until the job is done and the drop cloths are off the floor. He’s also the one most likely to be found wiping down the return grill one last time before we walk out.
Eva P. – Service Coordinator
Eva is the voice you hear when you call Mortons Air Duct Tampa at (850) 738-9748. She has been with us for over six years and knows our service area from South Tampa up through Lutz and Wesley Chapel like the back of her hand. Eva schedules every job, confirms the written price before our crew arrives, and makes sure you know exactly what to expect on cleaning day, including the shoe covers and drop cloths that are part of every visit. When she’s not on the phone, she’s coordinating our routes to avoid school pickup traffic, which she says is the real challenge of working in Tampa. Ask her about her garden; she grows peppers that she will tell you are mild, and they are never mild.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this page works to the same set of promises, and they’re not loose guidelines. The Cedarwell Care Promise is the system we run every visit through: background-checked and uniformed technicians, shoe covers and drop cloths placed before any equipment enters the home, pet-safe product choices, and quiet tools when a baby is sleeping. Before anything starts, you get a written price, and that price does not change unless you approve a change in scope. When the crew finishes, you get a photo of the clean-up before they leave, so you can see your home was left right. And if something isn’t done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right, full stop. Paul Adeyemi, Owner at Mortons Air Duct Tampa, set that standard and insists on it for every person on this page. It’s how a local Tampa crew earns your trust without asking for it.
